We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, password, profile details, team membership data, monitor configuration, status page content, incident updates, subscriber email addresses, support messages, and billing-related identifiers.
We also collect technical information generated by use of the service, including IP address, browser and device data, authentication events, security logs, request logs, monitor check results, uptime statistics, notification delivery records, and cookie or session data.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, run monitor checks, send alerts and transactional emails, display status pages, manage teams and subscriptions, process billing, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive billing status, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoice details, and fraud-prevention signals from payment providers so we can manage access to paid features.
